Register Now for 2012!

It’s time to get ready for another great year of Greek dancing!  This is going to be an exciting year as planning is well underway for our latest Place des Arts show on October 27, 2012.

The registration period for 2012-2013 is now open!

In order for us to efficiently prepare our program for the show, the MyLEM team asks that all registrations be submitted by September 8, 2012!

We highly recommend that you register online and use PayPal to make your payment. We introduced this secure method of payment last year and it’s back by popular demand.  Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem! PayPal allows you to pay on-line with your credit card as a PayPal guest.

On-site Registration:

If you must register in person, please download, print and complete the registration form below and submit it (along with your payment) on the first day of class.

Classes will begin on September 7 in Montreal, Roxboro & Laval and on September 8 in St-Hubert for all groups but Terpsihore and Orpheus.

Annual Registration Fees:

1 person:   $130
2 people:   $240*
3 or more: $360*
*Applies to members of the same family residing at the same address. Payment must be made IN FULL at registration.

How to Register On-line:

1. Using the form below, select “Student #1: $130.00″ from the Student Fee drop down menu. You should also select the location and group and enter the name and the birthdate for that student.
2. Click on the Add to Cart button.
3. When the PayPal Shopping Cart window appears, click on either the Check Out or Check Out with PayPal buttons and follow the instructions.
4. Should you wish to enroll more students, from the PayPal Shopping Cart window, click on the Continue Shopping button to return to this page.
5. Use the same form below, select “Student #2: $110.00″ from the Student Fee drop down menu. Please also select the location and group and enter the name and the birthdate for that second student.
6. Repeat this process for each additional student. Please note that while there  is no additional fee charged by LEM for families of 4 or more, PayPal requires us to charge 1¢.
